The main focus of outsourcing for employment abroad in countries like the Philippines is simple: It allows a business the freedom to remove important but non-core processes from daily operation, by offering the work to companies that focus on those facets of business. This allows the businessman or woman to concentrate on the facets of the business that are most important, or that are proprietary in nature.

One of the most enticing advantages attached to the process of outsourcing to companies like the Philippines is the factor of cost effectiveness. The companies that offer human resources and information technology in the United States and even in many European countries are not inexpensive by any means. In other words, outsourcing to inexpensive foreign countries allows businesses to take advantage of what is a much, much lower rate than what is paid in the United States.
